§ 2052. Recording of notice of lien
When a notice of a federal lien is filed, the town clerk shall forthwith record the same in alphabetical order in a book kept for that purpose with the date and hour of filing the lien. A town clerk shall keep on file in the clerk's office the notices of these liens. Liens filed under this section shall be indexed in accordance with section 1153 or 1161 of Title 24. (Amended 1987, No. 226 (Adj. Sess.), § 2.)
