§ 19303. Bonding of receiver
The receiver shall give bonds to the state with sufficient surety, in a sum fixed by the court, for the faithful discharge of his or her duties and for the due accounting of the moneys received by the receiver. (Added 1999, No. 153 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. Jan. 1, 2001.)
