§ 578. Judgment against claimant; forfeiture; costs
If the judgment is against the claimant, the liquor and the casks or vessels containing the same shall be adjudged forfeited and condemned, as provided in this title, and judgment shall be rendered against the claimant for all costs of prosecution incurred after the filing of his or her claim.
