§ 563. Industrial hemp: an agricultural product

Industrial hemp is an agricultural product which may be grown, produced, possessed, and commercially traded in Vermont pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. (Added 2007, No. 212 (Adj. Sess.), § 2.)
