§ 799. Probate court reporters

Upon request of a probate judge, the superior court clerk shall appoint and assign a staff member to make a verbatim report of the proceeding in a probate court. (Amended 1979, No. 181 (Adj. Sess.), § 17; 2009, No. 154 (Adj. Sess.), § 44a, eff. Feb. 1, 2011.)
