§ 16. Briefs and other papers kept in library

The clerk shall deposit briefs and other papers required to be filed with the clerk in the state library. The state librarian shall provide for the binding of the documents from time to time and keep an account of the expense thereof, which account shall be audited by the commissioner of finance and management, who shall issue his or her warrant therefor.
