§ 2283b. Department of information and innovation

The department of information and innovation is created within the agency of administration. The department shall administer the programs and perform the functions assigned to it in chapter 15 of Title 22 and is charged with other responsibilities assigned to it by law. (Added 2003, No. 31, § 3; 2011, No. 3, § 82, eff. Feb. 17, 2011.)
