§ 58. Acts of 1959 take precedence

Acts of the general assembly of 1959 inconsistent with sections of the Vermont Statutes Annotated, shall be construed to have been passed after those sections, and shall take precedence of them. (Added 1959, No. 262, § 8, eff. June 11, 1959.)
