§ 708a. Incarceration for inebriation prohibited
A person who has not been charged with a crime shall not be incarcerated in a facility operated by the department of corrections on account of the person's inebriation. (Added 2007, No. 179 (Adj. Sess.), { 12, eff. July 1, 2012.)
