§ 4876. Manner of collection

When a town has voted to collect its taxes under the provisions of sections 4872-4875 of this title, such taxes, including state and county taxes based on the grand list, except poll taxes, shall be collected thereunder. (Amended 1977, No. 118 (Adj. Sess.), { 3, eff. Feb. 3, 1978 for tax years beginning Jan. 1, 1978.)
