32 VT Stats § 985. (2011 through Adj Sess) What's This?

§ 985. Application

This subchapter supersedes any existing general or special law of the state with respect to the matters contained herein as they apply to bonds or notes issued by the state but shall not diminish or restrict any powers heretofore granted by law. (Added 1983, No. 15, eff. March 29, 1983.)
