§ 660. Post audits

All lottery accounts and transactions of the lottery commission shall be subject to annual post audits conducted by independent auditors retained by the commission for this purpose, with the approval of the auditor of accounts, as provided in subdivision 163(9) of Title 32. The commission may order such other audits as it deems necessary and desirable. (Added 1977, No. 82, { 2, eff. April 27, 1977.)
