§ 659. Report of the commission

The commission shall make an annual report to the governor and to the general assembly on or before the 10th day of January in each year, including therein an account of its actions, receipts derived under the provisions of this chapter, the practical effects of the application thereof, and any recommendation for legislation which the commission deems advisable. (Added 1977, No. 82, { 2, eff. April 27, 1977.)
