31 VT Stats § 652. (2011 through Adj Sess) What's This?

§ 652. Organization

(a) The governor shall select one member of the commission to be chairman.

(b) The commission shall, biennially, subject to the approval of the governor, appoint a director.

(c) The governor shall annually submit a budget to the general assembly. (Added 1977, No. 82, { 2, eff. April 27, 1977; amended 1979, No. 59, { 19.)
