§ 617. State stipend fund
(a) [Deleted.]
(b) The state treasurer on or before February 1 of each year shall allocate one-half of one percent of all money wagered at pari-mutuel tracks, exclusive of money allocated to the state stipend fund under subsection (a) of this section, during the preceding year or $50,000.00, whichever is less, to the agency of agriculture, food and markets for distribution in accordance with the provisions of 31 V.S.A. { 621a.
