31 VT Stats § 604. (2011 through Adj Sess) What's This?

§ 604. Semi-annual meetings

The racing commission shall hold semi-annual meetings upon 15 days' notice in two newspapers which combined have a general circulation throughout the state. The commission may hold other meetings at such times and places as it determines upon reasonable public notice. All meetings shall be open to the public as provided in 1 V.S.A. sections 311-314. (Added 1969, No. 137, { 5, eff. April 23, 1969; amended 1981, No. 45, { 2, eff. April 22, 1981.)
