§ 6002. Definitions
In this chapter, the following words and terms, unless the context clearly indicates a different meaning, shall have the following meaning:
(1) "Authority" means the West River Basin Authority created by this chapter.
(2) "Utility" means any utility as defined in section 4001 of this title. (Added 1981, No. 202 (Adj. Sess.), { 2(a), eff. April 25, 1982.)
