§ 2905 Indebtedness
§ 2905. Indebtedness
A municipality which has voted according to the provisions of this chapter to acquire or construct a municipal plant may incur debt for the purpose of establishing, purchasing, constructing, extending or enlarging it, but subject to the provisions of law limiting municipal indebtedness. Nothing herein shall be construed to affect the rights of any municipality now or hereafter incurring debt under section 1822 of Title 24.
