§ 223. Appeal from municipal authorities

A person or corporation aggrieved by an order or decision of the municipal authorities made under the provisions of any statute, relative to the granting of a license or permit for location, may appeal therefrom to the board at any time within 30 days from the date of such order or decision. After notice and public hearing of all parties interested, as provided in section 208 of this title, the decision of the board thereon shall be final, subject to a right to transfer such cause to the supreme court as provided by section 12 of this title.
