§ 113 Compensation; where party cannot be found
§ 113. Compensation; where party cannot be found
When a person to whom such compensation or any part thereof is due cannot be found, or is under any legal disability, or is out of this state, the board may order such compensation or part thereof to be deposited with the county clerk of the county wherein the hearing was held. Such money shall be invested and paid out according to orders made by a superior judge. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), { 39(b), eff. March 1, 1961.)
