§ 508 Unauthorized operation; penalty
§ 508. Unauthorized operation; penalty
A person or company rendering service which is subject to the jurisdiction of the public service board under this chapter, without holding a certificate of public good issued by the public service board for that purpose under this chapter, may be fined not more than $1,000.00 for each day.
