CHAPTER 13. CABLE TELEVISION SYSTEMS
§ 506. Renewal
Certificates with a limited duration may be renewed during or at the end of the period, after opportunity for hearing held according to the criteria for the granting of an original certificate in section 504 of this title and after the board has made the finding required by that section. As part of the renewal proceedings, the board shall hold a public hearing in each county served pursuant to the certificates which are the subject of the renewal proceedings.
