§ 7. Quorum; meetings

Two board members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of any business. Meetings of the board may be held at any time or place within the state upon call of the chair or the other two members, after a reasonable notice to the other members, and shall be held at such times and places as in the judgment of the board will best serve the convenience of all parties in interest.
