Subchapter II. Parole Board
§ 452. Official seal; records; annual report
(a) The board shall adopt an official seal of which the courts shall take judicial notice.
(b) The board shall keep a record of its acts and shall notify each correctional facility of its decisions relating to persons confined therein.
(c) At the close of each fiscal year, the board shall submit to the governor and to the general assembly a report of its work with statistical and other data, including research studies which it may conduct of sentencing, parole or related functions.
