§ 1533. Exception to habitual criminal law
Nothing in this subchapter or in the agreement on detainers shall be construed to require the application of 13 V.S.A. { 11, the habitual criminal law, to any person on account of any conviction had in a proceeding brought to final disposition by reason of the use of this agreement. (Added 1967, No. 47, { 4, eff. March 23, 1967.)
