§ 1105. Transfer of juveniles to state hospital

The transfer of any child committed to the custody of the commissioner from a facility of or supported by the department to the state hospital shall be conducted pursuant to the same procedures established for the transfer of adult inmates by sections 703-706 of this title. (Added 1971, No. 199 (Adj. Sess.), { 20.)
