§ 3-118. Association records
The association shall keep financial records sufficiently detailed to enable the association to comply with section 4-109 of this title. All financial and other records shall be made reasonably available for examination by any unit owner or the unit owner's authorized agents. (Added 1997, No. 104 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. Jan. 1, 1999.)
