§ 2814. Fees
Applicants and persons regulated under this chapter shall pay the following fees:
(1) Application for temporary permit and licensure $ 100.00
(2) Biennial renewal
(A) renewal of a single license $ 110.00
(B) renewal of each additional license $ 15.00
(3) Initial competency endorsement under section 2804
of this title $ 100.00
(4) Biennial renewal of competency endorsement under section
2804 of this title $ 110.00
(5) Evaluation $ 125.00
