CHAPTER 30. OPTOMETRY
Subchapter I. General Provisions
§ 1704. Penalties
A person who obtains a license by fraud or misrepresentation or who practices or attempts to practice optometry or hold himself or herself out as being able to do so in this state without first having obtained the license required by this chapter shall be subject to the penalties provided in subsection 127(c) of Title 3.
