CHAPTER 801. CHITTENDEN COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY
§ 801-5. Exemption from regulation
The public transportation systems and facilities operating under this authority are generally exempt from any of the regulatory provisions of Title 30. However, the public service board may impose those regulatory provisions of Title 30 that it may determine from time to time to be necessary. (Added 1973, No. 122 § 5, eff. Feb. 2, 1973.)
