CHAPTER 801. CHITTENDEN COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY
§ 801-12. Municipalities authorized to vote for membership in the Chittenden County Transportation Authority
The following municipalities are authorized to hold an election for the purpose of determining membership in the Chittenden County Transportation Authority: Barre City, Berlin, Colchester, Hinesburg, Montpelier, Morristown, Richmond, St. Albans City, Stowe, and Waterbury. (Added 2010, No. 71 § 4, eff. July 1, 2011.)
