§ 5-610. Borrowed funds appropriated to school fund
All money received from notes or bonds issued by authority of the legal voters as provided in Subchapter 11 of this charter for improvements relating to schools or school property shall be appropriated to the school fund, and may be spent by the board of school commissioners for the purpose for which issue of said notes or bonds was authorized.
