§ 5-502. Publishing and posting of articles

When questions involving authorization of public improvements and the incurring of debt to pay for the same are to be referred to the voters at an annual city meeting, the articles of the warning dealing with the same shall be posted and published as hereinafter provided in Subchapter 11. Such articles will be posted under the caption: "Extract from warning for annual city meeting March . . .". The extract containing such articles will be signed by the city clerk or, in case of the city clerk's failure, by the mayor. In addition to being posted and published in extract form as above provided, such articles will be included in the full warning to be posted in at least three public places within the limits of said city, at least twelve days prior to the annual city meeting.
