CHAPTER 601. RUTLAND COUNTY RECREATIONAL DISTRICT

ARTICLE 5. SPECIAL MEETINGS

§ 601-50. Priority

When a special meeting of the district is called to act upon a proposition to incur bonded or other indebtedness or a long term contract, the special meeting procedures outlined in Article IV of this chapter shall control over the meeting procedures outlined in this article in the event of conflict.
