Subchapter XI. Indebtedness; Sinking Fund; Bonds and Notes for Improvements

§ 5-1111. Specifications

The city council shall determine the rate of interest, the date, the denominations, the time and place of payment, and the form of such bonds or notes. The city council may provide that the bonds or notes be sold on bids fixing the rate of interest, and if so sold, the accepted bid shall fix the rate of interest the bonds are to bear.
