CHAPTER 417. WINDHAM SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT DISTRICT

Subchapter IV. Fiscal Affairs

§ 417-40. Disposal fees

Annually, on or before January 15, the board of supervisors shall establish and adjust a disposal fee structure (tipping fee) for the purpose of generating revenues for the district. The board of supervisors shall make every effort to set the tipping fee at a level sufficient to generate enough revenue to enable it to operate and carry out the district's functions for the next ensuing fiscal year without having to levy any assessments upon the member municipalities.
