CHAPTER 417. WINDHAM SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT DISTRICT

Subchapter I. Creation and Powers

§ 417-3. Composition

The district shall be composed of and shall include all of the lands and residents within those municipalities which vote to approve and enter into this chapter at the time of its creation, and any other municipalities subsequently admitted to the district, except for those municipalities which may withdraw.
