CHAPTER 417. WINDHAM SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT DISTRICT

Subchapter II. Board of Supervisors

§ 417-14. Quorum

For the purpose of transacting business, the presence of members who represent more than 50 percent of the member towns of the board of supervisors shall constitute a quorum. However, a smaller number may adjourn to another date. Any action supported by a minimum of three communities and adopted by a majority of the votes cast at a meeting of the board of supervisors at which a quorum is present shall be the action of the board, except as otherwise provided in this chapter.
