CHAPTER 417. WINDHAM SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT DISTRICT
Subchapter I. Creation and Powers
§ 417-1. Creation
Upon approval of this chapter by the participating municipalities (Brattleboro, Brookline, Dover, Dummerston, Guilford, Halifax, Jamaica, Marlboro, Newfane, Putney, Readsboro, Townshend, Vernon, Whitingham, and Wilmington) as required in chapter 121, subchapter 3 of Title 24, there is created a union municipal district which shall be known as the Windham Solid Waste Management District (the district) and which shall be a body politic and corporate.
