CHAPTER 411. NORTHEAST KINGDOM WASTE MANAGEMENT DISTRICT
Subchapter II. Board of Supervisors
§ 411-207. Special meetings
The Chair has authority to call a special meeting of the Board of Supervisors. Upon written request of one-fourth (1/4) of the District Supervisors, the Clerk must call a special meeting. Each Supervisor must be given at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice of any special meeting.
