CHAPTER 403. CENTRAL VERMONT SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT DISTRICT
Subchapter I. Creation and Powers
§ 403-2. Purpose
The district is created and shall exist for the purpose of providing for disposal of solid waste generated by member municipalities and their residents. The means of disposal may include, but are not limited to, collection, transportation, resource recovery, recycling, land disposal, or any combination of these.
