CHAPTER 401. ADDISON COUNTY SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT DISTRICT

Subchapter I. Creation and Powers

§ 401-1. Creation

Pursuant to subchapter 3 of chapter 121 of Title 24, and upon approval of at least two voting municipalities, a union municipal district to be known as the "Addison County Solid Waste Management District" (the "district"), which shall be a body politic and corporate, shall be created.
