CHAPTER 283. VILLAGE OF WATERBURY

§ 283-5. Warnings

Warnings for village meetings, both annual and special, shall be posted in at least three public places in the village at least ten days before the time appointed for the meeting and shall be recorded in the office of the clerk before being posted. Such warnings shall specify the time and place of holding said meeting and the business to be transacted.
