CHAPTER 283. VILLAGE OF WATERBURY
§ 283-4. Special meetings
Special meetings of the village shall be warned by the clerk, or in case of his refusal or neglect, by a majority of the trustees, on application in writing of ten voters in the village, except for the purpose set forth in section 6 of this charter.
