CHAPTER 283. VILLAGE OF WATERBURY

§ 283-25. Sewer commissioner

The board of trustees shall not later than ten days after the annual village meeting appoint a sewer commissioner who shall have general charge of the sewers in the village and hold office until his successor is appointed by the trustees unless otherwise removed by them, which they may do at any time, and if so removed a successor shall be immediately appointed. No sewer commissioner shall be appointed in case the village shall have a village manager as is hereinafter provided.
