CHAPTER 283. VILLAGE OF WATERBURY
§ 283-19. Board of trustees; village president
The president of the village shall be ex-officio a member of board of trustees and president thereof, he shall preside at all village meetings when present and in his absence the senior member of the board of trustees present shall preside. The presiding officer in a village meeting shall have the same powers and duties as moderators in town meetings.
