CHAPTER 283. VILLAGE OF WATERBURY
§ 283-11. Ordinances; by-laws
The trustees may make, alter, amend or repeal any ordinance, by-law or regulation which they deem necessary and proper for carrying into execution the foregoing powers or for the welfare of such village in a manner which is consistent with the general laws of this state.
