CHAPTER 257. VILLAGE OF NORTHFIELD
Subchapter VIII. General Provisions
§ 257-805. Resident not disqualified
A person shall not by reason of being a resident or taxpayer in the Village, be disqualified to act as judge, juror, sheriff, constable, or justice of the peace in any cause or proceeding in which the Village is interested or is a party.
