CHAPTER 257. VILLAGE OF NORTHFIELD
Subchapter VIII. General Provisions
§ 257-804. Severable
If any provisions of this charter are for any reason held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions which can be given effect without the invalid provisions. To this end, the provisions of this charter are declared to be severable.
