Subchapter VI. Financial Provisions
§ 257-609. Penalty
An additional charge of eight (8) percent of the unpaid tax shall be imposed as a penalty on any tax not paid on or before the date it is due, and interest in the amount of one and a half percent (1-1/2%) of the amount of the unpaid tax per month for each month or fraction thereof after the date on which the tax payment was due.
